Chirag comes from a legal background with 12 years’ experience as a solicitor at a top City law firm.

He is an ICF accredited coach and has delivered training workshops all over the world to some of the biggest law firms, financial institutions and consultancies.

Chirag, also known as the Lotus Coach, spent 12 successful years in corporate law at a leading City firm in London. In 2018, he took a bold step away from law to follow his passion for personal and professional development. As an ICF-accredited coach, Chirag is recognised for his ability to combine empathy, commercial insight, and behavioural science to foster meaningful change.

Robert Stewart
Managing Partner

Rob began his career in the NHS as a Counselling Psychologist, before establishing a private practice in London. He went on to complete a Post-Graduate Diploma in Occupational Psychology and transitioned into the corporate world. As a Business Psychologist, Rob integrates psychological theory and behavioural science to unlock leadership potential and drive organizational growth.

Louisa Elder
Executive Coach

Louisa has worked in the City for over twenty years as a lawyer and in senior management roles. She knows what it is like to work in a highly pressured environment and has expertise coaching executives, professionals and business owners in a range of industries (particularly law, consultancy firms and financial services).

Louisa is passionate about delivering results, her action-orientated coaching style incorporates models complemented by her psychotherapy qualifications (BACP accredited) and management experience.  Her approach is integrative: combining traditional coaching processes (she is ICF accredited) with a wide range of tools including:Transactional Analysis; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.

Zoe has an accountancy and audit corporate background, where she used her coaching skills to upskill her teams and stakeholders. Using EQ tools to lift performance resulted in the functions Zoe worked with becoming best in class and winning awards. She has recently been working as a transformation and change consultant to ASX 50 CEOs and C-Suite executives.

Zoe has designed and delivered coaching programs for many global organisations acrossmultiple industries including professional services, mining, pharmaceutical and telecommunications.  As an EQ coach, Zoe uses the awareness and insight of her clients, which is measured using a globally recognised EQ Psychometric tool EQ-i 2.0, to develop their EQskills.

He retrained as a business psychologist in 2017.
